Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Upsight (the "service"). By accessing or using the service, or by connecting an integration such as Slack, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

The service

Upsight provides analytics and workflow tooling for freelancers and agencies, including optional notifications delivered to connected workspaces. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or in violation of a third party's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use the service in a way that breaches the terms of a platform you connect, including Slack and Upwork.

Third-party integrations

The service can connect to third-party platforms that you authorize. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct. You can disconnect an integration at any time. Upsight is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Slack or Upwork.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service and its content. You retain your rights in the data you provide, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the service to you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upsight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the service. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
