My Stats

My Stats, which Upwork's help center also calls Stats and trends, is a freelancer's private dashboard of earnings, Job Success Score, profile views, invitations, boosted impressions and clicks, proposal outcomes, Connects and badge progress.

Updated

Also written: Stats and trends, Upwork stats.

You open it from your profile icon, Stats and trends. It starts filling after your first proposal or direct hire, and stats "typically update within 24 hours" of an event. The time shown next to Profile metrics is when the activity last happened, not when the data was refreshed.

What it shows:

  • Earnings for the last 12 months.
  • Job Success Score, with Job Success insights for individual freelancers; agencies and exclusive agency members do not get the insights.
  • Profile metrics: profile views, invitations, and impressions and clicks when a profile boost is running, marked with whether the Availability badge was on.
  • Proposals: sent, viewed, interviews and hires, split into boosted and organic.
  • Client relationship, the Connects balance, and Badge progress toward the next talent badge.

Eligible weeks counts how many of the last 16 weeks you were Rising Talent or held a JSS of 90% or higher, the figure behind Top Rated. It updates weekly, rising or falling only as a week enters or leaves that window.

Its limits. The page is a summary for one account. Its "Interviews" counts client responses, not calls held, and the page keeps no record of which proposal cost what.

How Upsight uses it. Upsight reads each connected login's stats page every day into daily series of views, invitations, impressions, clicks and proposals. For an agency with capture switched on, exclusive members are read from the agency dashboard and other members from their own connected accounts, so the agency sees one roster-wide series.
