Agency profile
An agency profile is the public Upwork page for an agency as a whole, combining a name, logo, overview, services, skills and portfolio written by the owner and admins with statistics Upwork calculates, such as the roster, jobs, hours, earnings and the agency's Job Success Score.

Upwork splits the page into two halves.
The half you write. Name, logo, tagline, an average hourly rate, an overview, at least one agency service with up to 10 allowed, a primary location, up to 15 skills, a video, up to 12 featured clients, up to 10 awards and certifications, a portfolio and a banner, recommended at 3200 by 320 pixels. Every customizable field is optional. The agency website link is shown only to Enterprise clients, and a custom vanity URL needs Agency Plus.
The half Upwork calculates. The agency roster with members and business managers, the date the account was created, jobs, hours and earnings on Upwork, the agency Job Success Score, and the range of members' hourly rates or a custom agency rate. None of it can be edited. Work history shows at most 75 projects; past that, older ones do not appear.
Who can edit. Only the agency owner and members with admin privileges can change the profile and its contact details. Anyone else is told to ask the owner for permissions.
What not to put on it. Upwork asks for verifiable, externally earned awards only. Upwork badges such as Top Rated, Top Rated Plus or Expert-Vetted do not belong in the awards section, because earned badges already show, and claims about ranking on Upwork are out unless Upwork recognised you individually. The help article is blunt: "All the information in your profile must be true."
It travels with every bid. The agency name, tagline, description and logo appear on members' profiles, on agency proposals and in search results, and agency and member profiles link to each other. Upwork also says complete member profiles help the agency's relevance in search, so a polished agency page beside thin member profiles undersells the team.
